Due to the sensitive and personal nature of our products, refunds are assessed on a case by case basis. Any orders that arrive incorrectly will be immediatly addressed. Please send an email with photos of what is incorrect and your order number to piperslanedesignco@icloud.com. If your order arrives broken, please file a claim with USPS by using this link.
